Terms and Conditions for Ticket Giveaways

By entering any VB Gutters ticket giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Entry Limits

One entry per person is allowed for each method of entry, including online entry, showroom entry, and reviews. Each individual may receive a maximum of four total entries per giveaway.

Eligibility

Employees of VB Gutters and affiliated companies are not eligible to win.

Entry Deadline and Drawing

All entries must be received by the announced deadline. Winners will be selected on the announced date. Drawings may be conducted live on Facebook and can occur at any time during the day based on business hours and the number of entries received.

Winner Verification

If any information provided by the selected winner is found to be false or inaccurate, VB Gutters reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize Details

Each giveaway prize includes two tickets and, when applicable, a parking pass for the event. All prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Event Responsibility

VB Gutters is not responsible for any event-related changes, including but not limited to weather conditions, cancellations, postponements, venue policies, or any unforeseen circumstances (including Acts of God or public health-related issues).

Participants are responsible for staying informed about any venue requirements or policies related to attending the event.

Liability Waiver

By entering the giveaway, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify VB Gutters, its affiliates, and employees from any liability, damages, or injuries that may occur as a result of travel to and from the event or attendance at the event.

You acknowledge that live events may involve certain risks, including the possibility of being struck by objects or encountering other hazards commonly associated with large public gatherings.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets will be delivered electronically unless otherwise specified. Winners must be able to receive and access tickets via a mobile device for entry to the event.

VB Gutters is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, or not received due to issues with email delivery or user error. Arrangements may be made, if necessary, to transfer tickets directly.

Event Changes

VB Gutters is not responsible for any changes to the scheduled event, including rescheduling, relocation, or cancellation for any reason.

Marketing and Media Release

By entering the giveaway, you authorize VB Gutters and its representatives to use your name, likeness, photographs, video, and any submitted testimonials for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Conduct

Winners agree not to take any actions that could harm the reputation of VB Gutters, its affiliates, employees, or business operations, or that could result in negative publicity.

General Conditions

By participating in the giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
